Welcome to Just J Sports. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Just J Sports website, services, content, and features (“Just J” or the “Service”).

By using Just J Sports, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Just J Sports Is

Just J Sports provides sports information, research, statistics, analysis, and tools designed to help users conduct their own sports research.

Just J Sports does not sell picks, place or accept wagers, or tell users what to bet. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Information provided through Just J Sports is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

2. Sports Data and Information

We work to provide useful and accurate sports information, but sports data changes frequently. Schedules, rosters, records, statistics, odds, lines, injuries, valuations, recruiting information, and other data may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or incorrect. Just J Sports does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Service. You should independently verify information that is important to your decisions.

3. Betting and Gambling

Just J Sports is a sports research platform, not a sportsbook or gambling operator. We do not:

• accept or process wagers;
• hold gambling funds;
• guarantee outcomes or winnings; or
• provide guaranteed betting results.

If you choose to wager based on information you review through Just J Sports, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.

4. Accounts

Some features, including saved notes and handicapping tools, may require an account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users who are not legally permitted to participate in sports wagering should not use Just J Sports for wagering purposes.

5. Your Notes and Handicaps

Just J Sports may allow you to save personal notes, matchup assessments, selections, and handicaps. These represent your own opinions and decisions, not recommendations or predictions made by Just J Sports. You retain ownership of content you create and save through your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Just J Sports name, branding, design, original research, written content, software, and other original materials are owned by Just J Sports or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission. Team names, league names, statistics, and other third-party materials may belong to their respective owners. References to teams, leagues, conferences, or other organizations do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless specifically stated.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use Just J Sports for personal, lawful purposes. You may not:

• attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service;
• access the Service through unauthorized automated methods;
• attempt to access another user's account or private information;
• copy or commercially redistribute substantial portions of Just J Sports content without permission; or
• use the Service for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

8. Third-Party Information and Services

Just J Sports may use information from third-party data providers or link to third-party websites and services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, policies, or services.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Just J Sports is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just J Sports makes no warranties regarding the Service or its content and is not responsible for losses resulting from your reliance on sports information, research, statistics, odds, handicapping tools, or other content provided through the Service.

Nothing on Just J Sports should be considered financial, legal, or gambling advice.

10. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Your continued use of Just J Sports after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes relating to these Terms or Just J Sports will be handled in the courts located in Weld County, Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
