A longtime South Alabama and UAB offensive coordinator (won the 2022 Bahamas Bowl as UAB's interim HC) hired by ULM in Dec. 2023. Improved the Warhawks from 2-10 to 5-7 in year one — the program's best record since 2019 — before a step back to 3-9 in 2025. In a genuinely unusual arrangement, Vincent also served as ULM's interim athletic director for several months in 2025 after AD John Hartwell's resignation, holding both jobs simultaneously.
